The 2026 Fall FTPC Meeting

The 2026 Fall FTPC Meeting will be held October 20th–22nd, 2026, in Rapid City, South Dakota.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, October 20th: Field Day

Wednesday, October 21st: Full Meeting Day

Wednesday, October 21st, 5:30–7:30PM Evening Reception

Thursday, October 22nd: Joint Session

Hotel: DoubleTree by Hilton Rapid City Downtown Convention Center — 505 N. 5th St., Rapid City, South Dakota.

Room Block: The room block is available from Monday, October 19th through Thursday, October 22nd.

The last day to book at the group rate is Wednesday, September 23rd.

Early Bird registration: $150 — available until September 26th.

Standard registration: $175 — registration closes October 3rd.
