The 2026 Fall FTPC Meeting will be held October 20–22, 2026, in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Travel & Lodging

Airport: Rapid City Regional Airport (RAP). Airport shuttle service will be provided by the DoubleTree.

Arrival: Please plan to arrive the evening of Monday, October 19th.

Departure: Please plan departures no earlier than 6PM, Thursday, October 22.

Hotel: DoubleTree by Hilton Rapid City Downtown Convention Center

Room Block: The room block is available from Monday, October 19th through Thursday, October 22nd.
