The 2026 Fall FTPC Meeting will be held October 20–22, 2026, in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Travel & Lodging

Airport: Rapid City Regional Airport (RAP). Airport shuttle service will be provided by the DoubleTree.

The shuttle runs from 5:00am – 11:00pm. When you arrive, call the front desk at (605) 348-4000 for pickup. By the time you deboard and get luggage the shuttle will be there.
Your return trip can be scheduled at the hotel.

Arrival & Departure Windows: Please plan to arrive the evening of Monday, October 19th; the Joint Meeting will wrap up no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 22nd.

Hotel: DoubleTree by Hilton Rapid City Downtown Convention Center, 505 N. 5th St., Rapid City, South Dakota

Room Block: The room block is available from Monday, October 19th through Friday, October 23rd. The last day to book at the group rate is Wednesday, September 23rd. Kindly use our booking link or call the hotel directly using group code 966 to reserve your room. We have secured a reasonable rate for attendees.
- Discount rate of $110 for either One King Bed or Two Queen Beds; $10 more for Two Queen suites and $30 more for King Suites. Sleeping rooms are tax exempt if guests are using government issued travel/purchase cards at check-in.
