FFRC Announces Increased Support for Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation: January 4, 2023: The Federal Forest Resource Coalition (FFRC) announced this week that they have become a Platinum Mission Partner of the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation, increasing their support for the critical work CSF does in support of wildlife, hunters, and anglers.
“Our industry helps public land managers create and maintain wildlife habitat for dozens of species. Many people in our sector are avid hunters and anglers. It only makes sense for us to increase our support for CSF in 2023,” said FFRC Executive Director Bill Imbergamo. “FFRC has worked closely with CSF on key issues like fixing “fire borrowing” and pushing for a reversal of the disastrous Cottonwood decision. We look forward to strengthening this working partnership in 2023.”
“We appreciate the increased support from FFRC for CSF’s mission,” said Jeff Crane, President and CEO of CSF. “Timber harvest is a critical tool to create critical wildlife habitat on public lands. We look forward to building on our record of successful partnership with FFRC in 2023 and beyond.”
